Low clouds and coastal fog will move in late night into the morning, especially near the water. Periods of light rain are expected through much of the day, with cooler temperatures than recent days.

Highs will be in the low teens Celsius and it will feel chilly at times, so layers are useful. A light, water-resistant jacket and an umbrella can make outdoor plans more comfortable.

Visibility may drop in foggy stretches on some routes. Allow a bit of extra time if commuting and watch for slick surfaces on bridges and near the bay.
