Very cold conditions continue, with daytime highs still well below freezing. Winds and low clouds will keep it feeling frigid, and overnight lows dip much lower.

Some snow may fall and could create slick surfaces, particularly on untreated roads and sidewalks. Extra care on steps and streets is wise.

Dress in substantial layers and choose footwear with good grip. Allow extra time for travel and use caution on potentially icy surfaces.
